I, James I of Vyktory hereby offer a treaty of mutual recognition between the nations of Vyktory and Mercury.
The text of such treaty will be in the quote below.
Quote:Vyktoryan-Mercurian Mutual Recognition Treaty
- The Commonwealth of Vyktory shall recognise the Republic of Mercury's position as the rightful owner of its lands and vice versa.
- The Commonwealth of Vyktory shall recognise the Republic of Mercury's position as the rightful government of its people and vice versa.
- The Commonwealth of Vyktory shall open diplomatic relations with the Republic of Mercury and vice versa.
