Vyktoryan-Mercurian Mutual Recognition Treaty

1. The Commonwealth of Vyktory shall recognise the Republic of Mercury's position as the rightful owner of its lands and vice versa.
   
2. The Commonwealth of Vyktory shall recognise the Republic of Mercury's position as the rightful government of its people and vice versa.
   
3. The Commonwealth of Vyktory shall open diplomatic relations with the Republic of Mercury and vice versa.
